被称为游戏产业“奥斯卡”盛会的SPIKE TV the VIDEO GAME AWARDS 2009刚刚落幕，各大奖项相继出炉，诸如《蝙蝠侠：阿克汉姆疯人院2》、《星球大战：原力施放2》等新作也一一公布。最重要的年度最佳游戏被顽皮狗制作的《未知海域2：纵横贼道》获得，此外这款游戏还荣获了“最佳画面奖”和“最佳PS3游戏奖”，可以说是本次盛会上的最大赢家！
《使命召唤：现代战争2》毫无悬念的夺得了最佳射击游戏大奖，而赛车游戏方面，在山内一典的《改了又改5》迟迟未能推出情况下，Turn10的《改无可改3》获奖。角色扮演游戏方面，Bioware打造数年的大作《龙腾世纪》获胜。此外，本次展会还公布了一干新作，最耀眼的明星无疑是《光环：致远星》，而EA洛杉矶公司也在本次展会上获得了久违的掌声，新作《荣誉勋章》备受好评！下面是完整的获奖名单，红色的为获胜者：
