There are 5.9 mb on .ini files (in the 200.000 lines of code), you can change almost everything what you can dream of, i can say this the dev team did a great job on this part!.

And the files aren’t really .ini files anymore, they are using some sort of structure format (with some elemants of the .ini format).

Really big and great mods can be build.”
